At 4:48am this morning, October 1st, 2025, I gave birth…metaphorically of course.
I’ve been keeping a secret from you, my followers, for many months now, dating back all the way to January of this year, when I first wrote down the outline for my Yonic Theory ™ and defined the four functions of the Self.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of April 14th, 2026, the audio for this post is no longer available, as I continue to expand and refine my theory to protect my intellectual property.
If you would like a formal introduction to my Yonic Theory, you can purchase the article for a small fee using the link below, or buy the introductory online course through my website at https://www.authenticlivingcc.com/yonic-theory-the-foundation!
Thank you for your understanding and support!
I sat on this theory, refining it and adjusting it for 9 months. Yet, recently it dawned on me that attempting to fit this theory solely into a book format would not do it justice.
I was reminded by many dear friends of mine over the last few months, that theorists such as Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung developed their theories over many years of study, which culminated in their collected works as they refined and edited their approach throughout their lifetimes.
Thus, it dawned on me that rather than attempting to culminate everything about my theory into one single book, perhaps I just simply needed it to be “born.”
Sometimes, the best projects are the ones we give a life of their own, and I can tell you I have been ready to “birth” this theory for a long time now.
While this won’t be my last post about my theory, and I will go on to edit and refine it, just as many of the great theorist did with their theories before me. (Who I can only hope to be compared to one day.) I believe we are at a critical time in our collective society where we are in desperate need of more feminine models of healing to uplift the voices of women and find harmony between the sexes.
That is ultimately the goal of my theory and why I have chosen to create it. To honor the wisdom of the womb, the yoni, and the feminine. So that women, of all backgrounds, races, and cultures can find healing.
So with that, I present to you my Yonic Model of the Self.
In my foundations course, I will introduce the inspiration behind my construction of the Yonic Theory ™ and how it has been influenced by my experiences working with women, as well as my own experiences navigating the process of Anamnesis.
I will also discuss the myth of Eros and Psyche and how our current field of psychology has gotten a few things backwards.
The Reunion of Cupid and Psyche by Jean Pierre Saint-Ours
Specifically, how Psyche can be linked to the Soul or feminine principle and that Eros can be linked to the concept of Spirit or the masculine principle.
Thus, to achieve wholeness, we have to bring together these two opposing aspects of the Self through integrating our light and dark aspects of both the masculine and feminine.
In the second half of this course, I will explain a visual graphic I created of my Yonic Model of the Self and the four functions of the Self. From there, I’ll apply the process of self-actualization for men (using Jung’s term Individuation) and what I call Anamnesis for women, using my Yonic Model of the Self as a guide.
Subscribe and stay tuned for that if you are interested, but for now, sit back, listen, and let’s have a conversation about the importance of feminine wisdom and the power of the yoni, or womb.
